In the immortal words of The Replacements: “Can’t Hardly Wait”

We are stoked to be a part of this event at the Columbia City Theater on Friday, February 10th. We’ll be playing after Portland songwriter/piano whiz Bryan Free and before nouveau soulsters Drew Grow & The Pastor’s Wives.

The very next night, Tope, Hobosexual and Kelli Schaefer close out the Amigo/Amiga Records Weekend.

Tickets are available here: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/218955

If you buy tickets for both nights, you get a steal of a deal ($16 for both nights; a 20% discount).

Ships is pleased to take the stage tonight with local garage heroes Wimps and MK Speed Dial. Tonight celebrates the release of MK’s EP, and also lament’s their inevitable doom as this will be their last show.

Doors at 10, show to follow. 5 bucks.

We are so pleased to finally announce that we’ve been added to the bill this upcoming Tuesday, the 11th of October.

We’ll be playing with Gardens & Villa, and Young Man.

Show starts at 9:30. Ten dollars at the door. See you Tuesday.

Ships is happy to announce July 8th with See Me River at the Lo-Fi Performance Space and Bar. Click through to our Shows page to see more info.

Great Happenings

More shows added. More posters being printed. More new songs learned. More new plans for a 7-inch release. More stickers. More new button designs. More friends. More fun. More smoke and mirrors. More lights. More video shows. More new ideas. More betterer. More focus. More, more, more.

We won’t stop making more new music for you until our heads hit the dirt, collapsing at the foot of the Great Pyramid.

We’ve got a great show lined up for tonight at the Healthy Times Fun Club with Kids and Animals, Candysound, and Mission Orange. Gonna be grrrreat.

Muchos gracias to all of the hombres and hermanas that came out to The Comet to see us last night. It was truly epic.
